Refund Policy

By purchasing from AWEZAH you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract.

All sales are final - no order cancellations.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons. If the item is deemed faulty prior to being worn/used, we will send you a replacement for the item free of charge. No refunds will be given.

By paying for this item the buyer also understands that dyed/painted-crafted products vary in pattern and in colour. They therefore understand that they waive their right to dispute the item as "not as described" as they had previous knowledge of the custom nature of hand-painted and hand-dye.

Claims for damaged packaging and goods should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, photo evidence of all original packaging is required. Any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for compensation.

We can not accept any responsibility for any delay/loss where an incorrect address is given, or the recipient has missed delivery. Should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect, or has missed delivery, we will do our best to track it down but no refund will be given unless / until the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable. In cases where carriers charge for parcels returned due to an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, the fee will be passed onto the original card holder. Currently this charge is up to 100/-.

If the postal carrier returns an undelivered package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges & handling fees). If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to us.
